All events are organized at the participant's risk. We do not accept any liability or obligation in the event of illness, accident, death, loss, or damage to people or personal property. Personal and accident insurance is highly recommended.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in suitable physical condition for all tours.Any allergies, medical conditions or medications that may affect your health or participation must be communicated in writing before the event.
You can, at any time, unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking on the “unsubscribe from this list” link in the end of our emails or by sending us an email, to email@example.com, asking to unsubscribe.
You may also ask us to modify, delete or access your data we store in our system at any time by sending us an email, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will store and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (such as the requirement to retain your data to comply with applicable law), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Tour refunds are provided if notified 48h in advance from the tour departure date, and it is possible to request a new tour date. This change must be made no later than 7 days before the tour booked is scheduled to start by sending an email to email@example.com However, this challenge is only deemed when confirmation is received from VQ Travel Services - Super Hungry Tour.
It is the guest's responsibility to be at the agreed upon meeting point at the meeting time (contained in the confirmation email). If you are not at the meeting point at the agreed upon time, a refund will not be provided.
Public tours take place with a minimum of 2 guests, and VQ Travel Services - Super Hungry Tour has the right to cancel any tour with less than 2 reservations. Guests will be notified and offered another tour date. If guests prefer, a refund will be provided.
